To Place a Component in a Design

In the Component Center you should publish the component before placing it in a new design.

Open the Components Center Explorer dialog (Concrete > Utilities > Component Center > Place Component).
Select an option from the My Organization drop-down menu.
Select the component that you want to place from the displayed list. You can also search a component by name in the Search field. You can also use filters available on the left of the dialog to narrow down your search.
(Optional) Pick a variation of the component if variations are available.
Select Place. The Place Active Cell tool or Place Parametric Cell tool starts depending on the type of the component's model.
Enter a data point to place the component.

You can drop the element if you want further change. Check the "Application Elements" box while dropping.
